The Branch Manager provides professional leadership in all aspects of Branch Management including but not limited to Market Development, Sales Execution, Operational Excellence and the Development and Training of Sales Representatives, Supervisors and General Workers.

Must have a college degree from a regionally accredited university or an equivalent combination of education and at least 5 years of managerial experience with a proven track record of success. MBA preferred.
Consumer Packaged Goods sales experience preferred - Direct Retail Sales experience a plus - DSD experience preferred
A valid Driver's License with a good driving record is required, a CDL-B driver’s license must be obtained within 90 days of start date; the individual must pass a Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) written test plus a D.O.T. physical and drug screen. Local management administers a driving test
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and decision making skills
Demonstrated ability to focus and manage multiple priorities and motivate a large team
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with customers and functional groups
Strong leadership experience.
Computer Skills Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) Required - previous experience with Blacksmith a plus.
Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
