Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading international law firms, seeks to hire a junior associate to join our Real Estate practice group in the Boston office.

Practice Description:

Our real estate team handles transactions of all sizes and degrees of complexity for a wide range of clients, including developers, corporate end-users, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity and pension funds, institutional lenders, advisers, servicers, and colleges and universities. We advise clients on land assemblage, ownership, use, and development; leasing; dispositions; financings, including global investments; workouts; restructurings; and real property tax matters.

With more than 50 lawyers and other professionals in 13 offices, our team serves clients in the real estate industry as well as those whose business models use real estate as a strategic asset. Our clients benefit from our ability to collaborate with other practices across Morgan Lewis to provide coordinated and efficient service-whatever the demands of the transaction.

Job Requirements:

Moderate to extensive experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing of commercial properties is required. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and good organization, writing, and analytical skills.
