Red Letter Communications Inc


Works with the account management teams to help facilitate and guide digital marketing programs. The digital producer will actively contribute to proposals and project plans for digital work/deliverables, and then guide the projects through creative, development and deployment. The digital producer is the liaison between the account management, agency creative/production teams and vendors/partners often involved in direct client communications regarding to specific projects and programs. An effective problem-solver on a day-to-day basis, the digital producer must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities.

The digital producer requires, superior project management skills. S/he must be a conscientious team player and a good organizer. This person also demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications skills.

The DIGITAL PRODUCER Responsibilities & Duties:

Help to coordinate and manage client-specific existing websites content and/or digital marketing creative supporting digital marketing programs.

Anticipate project/campaign obstacles and address them with the team in a proactive manner.

Define, plan and schedule all assigned project aspects to satisfy project requirements, including scoping to fit within budget and schedule. Projects may include: search, banner/display ads & campaigns, landing pages, email, websites, social media.

Manage digital creative & production teams and the process on all jobs from a top level and serve as a conduit for client and internal issues as they arise.

Proactively communicate with clients about digital marketing, advertising and/or production recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions.

May participate in regular status meetings/call with clients and the internal teams while ensuring thorough communication with all stakeholders at each project stage.

May participate in the new business/project process with regards to scoping, estimating and digital strategy. May include writing proposals and occasionally delivering presentations.

Document and update scopes of work, project plans, budgets, and functional specifications for each project as needed.

Monitor budgets and establish project plans and processes to mitigate scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues.

Stay up-to-date and informed of digital marketing communications best practices, trends and innovations.

Regularly provide best practice recommendations to other agency team members as it relates to digital marketing and advertising.

Must understand how and when to appropriately leverage data to improve digital marketing and communications.

When required, create and deliver periodic reporting on digital projects key performance indicators (KPIs)

Proactively grow client relationships by understanding and being sensitive to all aspects of their business, and by determining needs to propose appropriate solutions and new projects that fit within their budgets.


The DIGITAL PRODUCER Job Requirements:

College degree in business, communications, advertising, public relations, marketing or related field is required

At least 2 years professional experience in digital marketing or website content management.

Must be well-organized, extremely detail-oriented, can handle multiple projects simultaneously, and can work under strict deadlines.

Have a strong command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Basic to intermediate-level of understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Content Management Systems.

Be able to communicate clear, concise instructions in writing.

Experience with customer service.

Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.

Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Google Adwords and/or Google Analytics certified is a plus.

Knowledge of project management systems is a plus.

THE DIGITAL PRODUCER Professional Development Expectations:

Periodically attend professional development webinars/conferences for digital-related content.

Explore new technologies to keep RLC at the forefront of developments in digital marketing and content strategy.

Successfully work within the Red Letters task management system, and keep daily timesheets, submitted weekly.

Exhibit a helpful, get it done attitude.

Maintain a professional level of communication among team members, which adheres to the polices outlined in the Red Letter Employee Manual.
