Job Scope
The Compensation & Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with Leslie's policies and protocols as well as state and federal laws. This role manages the performance evaluation process, the leadership and manpower planning project, the retiering process along with multiple bonus processes. The Compensation & Compliance Manager is also responsible for oversight of tracking and saving documents into team member's personnel files, running necessary reports and ensuring accuracy of all compensation documents.

Completes market analysis on all newly created jobs to create pay ranges for each position Tracks upcoming minimum wage changes at Federal, State, and Municipal levels, ensures all pay is in range, creates & proposes updated ranges as necessary Audits all data entered into the HRIS system for accuracy Audits HR & Payroll databases to ensure all data transmits correctly Performs monthly analysis on headcount, turnover, and wages Creates bonus workbooks on a Period, Quarter, and Annual basis for delivery to Finance department Maintains current Job Descriptions and Bonus Plan documents Oversees all Manager Packet and Status Change activity Creates PCPs for Executive approval, sends approved documents for presentation and monitors completion Ensure all state mandated forms within due date deadlines Creates, compiles & summarizes monthly HR activities for CEO review Maintains accurate organizational charts for all departments and divisions within the company. Heads up annual succession planning in all areas of the Company Manages the Performance Evaluation process for all team members (compiling statistical data, creates/sends documents, ensures completion, compiles summaries for Executive Board) Manages the Merit Increase process (creates workbooks for CFO/CEO approval, imports all rate changes, sends out compensation documents) Essential Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or 2 years compensation and compliance experience.
  • Must have strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook and Internet proficiency.
  • Accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail are critical in this position.

The Customer Support Center (Corporate Office) is located in Phoenix, Arizona. The Customer Support Center assists all of Leslie's internal and external customers around the nation.
