Description: Organizes and delivers training programs for internal software business applications and organizational processes or policies training programs in support of the organization's goals and strategies.
Fundamental Components: Organizes and delivers training programs for internal software business applications and organizational processes and policies in instructor-led or web-based formats to support ongoing improvement of staff or shifting business needs. Administers training assessments, competency testing, and follow-up testing to determine effectiveness of training programs. Assesses and summarizes course evaluations. Maintains a database of all training activities and employee progress to monitor effectiveness of programs. Assists senior level staff with editing training documentation to support policies, procedures, system enhancements, and internal software business applications. Identifies appropriate training media and methodologies based on the nature of training being delivered, audience location, audience learning styles, and point within the learning process. Creates and maintains partnerships with other departments. Advises employees and management on appropriate training courses. Performs other duties as required. Background Experience: Proven communication skills both written and verbal Previous (1-3 years) experience using internal software business applications required. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications. Demonstrated problem solving skills Previous training experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
