The Senior Pricing Analyst (Contracts) is accountable for leading activities in Contracting Strategy, Governance, Tools, and Analytics across the Insurance and Commercial channels. The position partners closely with the AVP, Insurance and the AVP, Commercial. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration with leaders in Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sourcing, and Operations to maximize contract governance & rigor, profit growth, process consistency, and performance visibility. This critical role balances strategic portfolio thinking with tactical contract management and expertise. This role also leads regular initiative and performance communication with leadership focused on maximizing governance and profitability.

Support the redesign, CLM implementation, and management of the contracting processes including governance, approval flows, standard terms, analytics, and compliance.
Support the AVP, Insurance and AVP, Commercial on strategic direction of the contract portfolio including initiative prioritization and pricing performance improvement.
Drives discussion and standardization of contracting and strategy recommendations with leaders across Business Leadership, Finance, Operations, Legal, Sourcing and Marketing functions
Leads development and communication of key contract metrics and analysis driving portfolio-wide performance.
Support additional ad hoc analytic efforts focused on improving profitability and governance across the Insurance, Commercial, and Consumer channels.
Communication and Influencing -- Strong ability to communicate strategies, concepts, and approaches to senior leaders internally (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Legal) along with external customers and partners.

4-6 years of experience across Contracting Strategy, Business Analysis, and Process Redesign.
Strong experience in a high-impact analytics and contracting team.
Bachelor's degree (Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering) or equivalent.
Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
Experience with contracting software a plus.
