Job Description

Experience & Education
  • The Deputy Contractor Readiness and Emergency Management Manager (DCREMM) shall be either certified by the Air Force Emergency Manager Technical Training granting the 3E9 skill set identifier
  • Must have at least fifteen (15) years of experience as an Emergency Manager or
  • Have fifteen (15) years experience as an Air Force First Responder / Emergency Responder in a fire department, police department or medical response field.
  • The DCREMM shall have the training specified in AFI 10-2501 for the Readiness and Emergency Management Officer/Chief and
  • Shall have the Nuclear Weapons Incident Response Training, Domestic Base (NWIRT) course taught by the Defense Weapons School or, if not previously qualified, complete the requirements within six (6) months from date of hire.
  • Must have a Final Secret clearance at time of hire.
  • Additional experience/education may be required by contract and will be listed separately.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment
  • Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions for CONUS locations.
  • For OVS assignments, may be required to respond to a wide variety of operational circumstances, including extreme weather conditions and rudimentary infrastructure.

  • Travel requirements will vary with assignment.
