Job Description

The Assistant Manager, SaaS and Application Support is responsible for managing a team of software support administrators and platform monitoring specialists. The primary focus of this team is to administer, maintain and monitor SaaS and applications across the Enterprise, providing technical solutions and repeatable/proactive processes for clients and internal users as well as collaborating with engineering and SaaS application providers to drive resolutions to core product issues.   Find a career.   • Lead, develop, and grow the team by providing day to day direction and by coaching, delivering continuous feedback and support to the team
  • Monitor and ensure that technology vendor(s) and product selection(s) adhere to Safelite principles and standards providing recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Advise Cloud, Enterprise Architecture and Security teams on requirements for how SaaS solutions and applications can be supported within the enterprise environment
  • Lead the preparation, obtain agreement and manage the IT budgets within the area of responsibility
  • Partner with operational leaders and management on outages, providing technical and subject matter expertise
  • Creates reports including but not limited to, for presentations, weekly/monthly status, and outage reports working with the cross team members to align on reporting measures to Stakeholders.
  • 5-7 years previous experience, minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • 2 years experience working in a SaaS support environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with MS Office, AS/400, and Oracle
