Do you have talent acquisition experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry?

Unique opportunity exists for an experienced pharmaceutical industry recruiter to work with our team. Full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, networking and ATS system management are all a part of the activities our recruiters are involved in. We partner with an array of Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies ranging from large Fortune 50, to small start-up Biotech organizations.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical, or medical industry. Previous pharmaceutical sales, medical, clinical or sales management experience, in the pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a dedicated home based office and the ability to work as needed on a project per project basis. As an independent contractor you must have your LLC business license and will be paid hourly for your time. Hours may vary per week, with some weeks having no hours and other weeks many.

These positions are remotely based and working hours may vary by projects offered on behalf of our client needs.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

*2 years minimum recruitment experience in pharmaceutical or medical industry required

*Experience working in a pharmaceutical, medical, clinical sales and/or management role preferred

*LLC with EIN at time of contracting with Amplity required

*Dedicated home office with internet access, computer, telephone, email required

*Working knowledge of ATS systems to be utilized on projects, preferred

*Ability to cold call and engage passive candidates needed

*Understanding and adherence to HR, compliance and EEOC policies while working in this role

*LinkedIn and other social media sourcing expertise for candidate networking and sourcing

*Willingness to assist in the coordination and facilitation of hiring events as needed
