Polaris Alpha is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support Army Program Manager operations at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

Our Integrated Master Scheduler will design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to develop large, complex schedules. Perform program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances. Build and maintain a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from vendors and Government sources. Monitor vendor schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances. Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances. Acts as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regards to scheduling. Propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling.


*Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting or related discipline

*Possesses experience in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server to publish schedules, status updates, approve changes, resources, and associated artifacts throughout the full life-cycle of each project in the integrated master schedule

*Possesses demonstrated ability to configure and maintain Microsoft Project Server, manage accounts, and

*5+ years' direct experience with development and management of IMS for technical programs, including experience with technical program management, scheduling, trade-off analysis, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements

*5+ years' direct experience with verbal and written communication to include presentations and/or briefings to product managers, division chiefs or equivalent grade

*MS Project Server experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-level Integrated Master Schedules

*Project Management Professional (PMP) certified Project Manager preferred
