If Parsons is selected as contractor the Program Manager (PM) will provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this TO, including assigning tasks to personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing overall TO performance. The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO, to include both technical issues and businesses processes. It is required that the PM be a Parsons employee and have the authority to make decisions for the contractor's organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic, and resource limitations issues. The PM shall work within 50 miles from Ft. Belvoir, VA and shall be required to occasionally travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of the TO.

Required Qualifications:

  • An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification at time of proposal submission.
  • Current Secret clearance at time of proposal submission.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor's proposed methodologies and approach for a program similar in scope and complexity to this TO.

Desired qualifications, certifications, and/or experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • Experience working in matrixed and intergovernmental environments.

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Secret clearance.
