Join and become an Integral part of the Threat Team comprised of Engineers and Analysts supporting the Agency by providing Leadership, Analysis and Engineering support to the MDA Threat Directorate (MDA/EIT).

  • Provide direct, day-to-day support to the Director of Threat Systems Engineering (D/EIT)
  • Assist the D/EIT with the oversight and management of Threat Products and activities supporting all MDA Ground/Flight Test and BMDS
  • Development efforts
  • Assist D/EIT with the day-to-day execution and Technical Management of Threat Systems Engineering
  • As requested, Interface and Communicate direction, guidance and any queries from the D/EIT to Government/Contractor Leadership in MDA/EIT Huntsville
  • Facilitate, schedule, coordinate and execute Technical Reviews with MDA/EIT Prime Developers and MDA/EIT Huntsville
  • Develop, Integrate and communicate Technical/Program Status in support of EIT Threat Engineering

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Leading small, diverse (geographic and discipline) teams
  • Demonstrated Technical and/or Programmatic Experience (desired)
  • Demonstrated Excellent Oral and Written Skills
  • Knowledge and experience applying rigorous Systems Engineering Processes
  • Ability to anticipate, react and adjust in a high op-tempo environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other Technical Discipline
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Active Secret Clearance

Other Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in MDA (desired)
  • Experience in performing Missile Threat Analysis
  • Experience with Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Analysis
