The Marketing Specialist, Member Acquisition implements direct response fundraising data and budget strategies by coordinating marketing efforts, projects and ongoing work. This includesThe Global Digital Systems Specialist is responsible for analyzing, and supporting the management of Digital Marketing's systems, product and services to optimize Global Marketing's efficiency.
The Global Digital Systems Specialist is responsible for analyzing, and supporting the management of Digital Marketing systems, product and services to optimize Global Marketing's efficiency. S/he may assist in procuring products for Digital Marketing systems. S/he assist with, governance, administration, reliability, availability, and performance of these systems. S/he maintains documentation in maintaining the product or service. S/he provide support to end user and guide system enhancements and their prioritization. S/he assist in drafting requirements as s/he relate to system enhancements and bug resolution, translating basic business requirements into functional requirements. S/he help establish and maintain system wide best practices and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE
Experience working with enterprise digital marketing systems.
Knowledgeable about the strategies, goals, actions and work processes of the business/system/service/operations s/he works with.
Work in lateral teams to provide guidance and specific expertise to business teams on products/systems
Conducts analysis of business or technical user needs, documenting requirements and develop system specification.
Ability to translate basic business requirements into functional requirements.
Ability to adapt and/or modify processes in response to changing circumstances.
Provide support and documentation for specific product/system.
Responsible for end user support and system governance.
Perform initial analysis as required to resolve a particular need for product shortcoming.
Support/lead testing and QA for product enhancements and bug resolution.
Review and maintain documentation of product.
Record incident response activities.
Willing to travel and work flexible hours.
Work environment involves only infrequent exposure to disagreeable elements.
2 years' experience working within enterprise digital marketing systems.
Bachelor's degree in relevant technical discipline and 2 years' experience or equivalent combination.
Experience working with enterprise systems including but not limited to Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Management (CMS) and Constituent Relationship Management (eCRM) systems.
Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.
Certifications (list all if necessary).
Fluency in another language.
Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of systems technologies (list technologies for desired position).
Must be effective working in a team environment.
A working knowledge of complex data instructions, qcing counts and personalization, and creating and tracking a variety of reports. This also includes project management, outreach to other departments and vendors, fielding donor feedback, and providing additional administrative support for the team/group/operating unit as needed.
