A career in our Customer Marketing practice, within Customer Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients design customer strategies that address the customers' underlying needs and desired outcomes. We help build bridges between digital and analogy mediums, delivering personal and contextual experiences powered by technology and analytics, and driving the total experience by engaging the customer, product, partner, and employee experiences.
Our team helps clients take advantage of the most important digital trends and tools to integrate sales, service, and operations in a way that leads to measurable business results. As part of our team, you'll help clients develop marketing strategies and operating models, portfolio and brand management, and improve their channel strategies.
As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
Job Requirements and Preferences:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
Minimum Years of Experience: 4 year(s)
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing the client's needs including:
Providing strategic thinking, leadership and solution development across strategy and technology including: Analytics, Personalization, Campaign Management,Customer Data Platforms, DMP, Ad Technology, Testing and Optimization, and e-Commerce;
Demonstrating specialization in designing and implementing digital marketing strategies and technologies that deliver on customer's business and functional goals;
Demonstrating ability to assess and evaluate the current offerings within the marketing technology landscape, providing POVs on the current state of the marketing place;
Demonstrating specialization and confidence to engage with business and technology leaders to understand strategy, articulate solution options, evaluate trade-offs and influence key decisions;
Demonstrating strategic vision to develop and position PwC and yourself as a thought leader in the Marketing & Martech space; and,
Demonstrating proven and demonstrated current knowledge in emerging technologies and industry market trends.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, including:
Demonstrating proven experience in creating and executing digital marketing strategies and campaign;
Demonstrating understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (personalization, ecommerce, data platforms, analytics, data onboarding;
Demonstrating significant experience with ad technology (ad servers, DMPs, DSPs, cross device measurement);
Having experience developing and managing digital marketing strategies and data driven marketing campaigns at either an agency or brand;
Demonstrating ability to think strategically about business, marketing and technical challenges;
Having broad project management skills including the ability to prioritize, sequence, execute and deliver projects on time and on budget; and,
Demonstrating established presentation and communication skills.
