OBXtek is recruiting for a Program Financial Analyst at Patrick AFB in Florida. The position requires k nowledge of Government accounting/financial systems (i.e. Wide Area Work Flow, Comptroller Financial Information System, Job Order Cost Accounting System), accounting principles with the ability to analyze financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies, recommend improvements, substantiate financial transactions and maintain accounting controls.
The Financial Analyst will perform the following functions:
Coordinate Funding Allotment (JON Distribution) for Customer Task Orders (TOs)
Submit Task Order Request (TORP) Funding Documents with FM and Technical Advisor
Submit Final Funding documents (post-negotiations) for TO Award
Provide JON Information Spreadsheet to Contractor
Review Contractor Funding Report
Coordinate Funding Actions for Customer Modifications
Reconcile Weekly Financial Report with JOCAS Report
Review Contractor Invoices for Accuracy and verify receipt of Service with Customer
Review Contractor Provided Financial Reports with Customer and develop Future Year Execution Plan
Secret Security Clearance
BA/BS in Business/Finance or related subject
Minimum 3 years of experience in program financial analysis
Prior experience working on/with Federal Government or Military Programs
