OBXtek is recruiting for a Contracts Administration Analyst at Patrick AFB in Florida. The position requires knowledge of Federal contracting principles, laws, and statutes applicable to pre-award and post award actions, contract negotiation, administration, policies and procedure, price and cost analysis sufficient to review cost proposals, confer with technical evaluators and determine a negotiation position.
The Contracts Analyst performs the following functions:
Review requirements from Program office
Work Pricing Memos
Maintain Files (KT Fileshare)
Develop Task Orders/Modifications (CON-IT)
Post award Admin (WAWF Invoicing)
Attend Meetings (Government and Contractor)
Travel for Meetings
Review and calculate Wage determinations
Review and calculate Indirect rate adjustments
Secret Security Clearance
BA/BS in Business/Contracting or related subject, required
Minimum 5 years of experience in a government 1102 coded position (or military equivalent) position
DAWIA II certification in contracting
Prior experience working on/with Federal Government or Military Contracting
