Job Description
The District Administrative Assistant position is most suited for an individual who can handle multiple tasks and work quickly and efficiently to organize data and meet deadlines. The incumbent must be able to utilize a laptop computer, fax machine, email, and the three computer programs listed below. Complete confidentiality and absolute discretion are mandatory for this position.

Required Qualifications
Effective Communication Skills through Telecommunications, Facsimile, Email, Desktop Fax. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; including knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point. Type 50 WPM; Organization of Information, Files, Records,Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly, accurately and tactfully, both verbally and written; Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete projects/assignments as required with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications
This position requires the applicant to work with multiple managers based on the needs of the business. This applicant must be able to handle multiple tasks.

Education
High School Diploma or GED
