OBXtek is recruiting for a Computer Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) who c onsults with client to define a need or problem, supervises studies and leads efforts to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommends solutio ns . S e rv es as the definitive source of knowledge, technique, or expertise regarding the GFEBS ERP system. The SME is responsible for defining business requirements and recommending a technical approach to meet those needs. The SME also generates design specifications for software development, which typically involves translating business requirements into detailed algorithms for coding. The SME oversees the development, testing and implementation of the technical solution and validates that the final product satisfies the defined requirements. The SME reviews technical documentation, such as user guides, training manuals and system specifications, prior to distribution to end-users and ensures the subject area is accurately represented. Respresents the company at technical meetings and participates in design review boards. Will also be expected to mentor junior staff.
The Computer Analyst/SME has 12 years' related experience, works on high-visibility/mission-critical aspects of the program, performing all functional duties independently before seeking approvals from the customer. Must have knowledge of ERP Systems, such as GFEBS .
