The Program Planning & Strategy Sr. Manager is a management consulting role that will be responsible to conduct planning and diagnostic oriented engagements with clients utilizing Silverline methods and tools. Responsibilities may also include the development and documentation of strategic consulting methods, collaboration with other teams within the Advisory Practice, and the development of knowledge assets. This role will also assist with sales support activities including the design of consulting engagements and the estimation of effort required. Previous experience with this type of role is essential and a working knowledge of CRM programs is required.
Required Experience & Expertise
Extensive experience with CRM program planning
Demonstrated knowledge of requirements gathering methods
Successful experience with workshop and group facilitation
Ability to deliver compelling presentation content
Outstanding communication skills
Proven success with the delivery of advisory consultation to executive clients
Important but not Required
Participation within a Salesforce program delivery
Financial Services or Health & Life Sciences industry experience
Process modeling and design
Knowledge of center of excellence best practices
Knowledge of organizational change management best practices
Customer journey mapping and user experience design
