This position will be responsible for all information technology services, processes, and systems deployed throughout the company. Provides long and short-term strategic direction for the technology needs of the company and is responsible for maintaining the company's network, hardware, and security.
Direct department staff including hiring, performance management and career development to ensure alignment with defined goals
Provide technical management and support of all hardware and software systems used by company
Manage company IT infrastructure including servers, email, and security for all operating systems
Implement and manage technology solutions for the company that are consistent with the overall IT and operational strategies
Manage vendors in the implementation and support of applications. Oversee new unit opening and operational shutdowns as necessary
Manage company phone systems and mobile phone solutions
Manage office security, ISP's, and IT infrastructure
Other responsibilities or duties as assigned by management
BS/BA in computer science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of desktop support and network management
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple office infrastructure including startups, moves, and closing
Comfortable engaging with all levels including senior leadership,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include presentation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Excel; Power Point; Outlook.
