Job Description The Financial System Analyst - Senior is responsible for providing enhanced system, reporting, and analytic support for the Enterprise FP&A team. Reporting to the Director, this individual will provide support through the development, maintenance and process management of the Hyperion Planning Workforce application in the role of Hyperion Administrator. In addition, this individual will assist in the development and maintenance of key performance-based reports, as well as, assist with both standard and ad hoc analytics and projects related to workforce planning and consolidated reporting
This position will require, but not be limited to, collaborating with Information Technology and Enterprise Finance developing close working relationships to actively contribute to the financial process and system enhancements, as well as, providing support to the planning community
Required Qualifications - 2+ years of experience with financial analysis and reporting - 2+ years of experience with MS Office including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with financial close processes and with financial systems, specifically Hyperion and S4 - Experience with and/or an understanding of financial systems and planning is a plus - Demonstrated ability to quickly gather, analyze and summarize data, while developing and executing resolutions - Demonstrated ability to build actionable reports that support the team and other functional areas business objectives - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Proven ability to handle multiple tasks without direct supervision - Desire to work in a large corporate setting - Eager to gain new experience and qualifications
Education Bachelor Degree required, Master Degree a plus
