Under limited supervision, performs work that is varied and that may be somewhat difficult in character on one or more specialty areas of configuration management or engineering data
1. Analyzes engineering change proposals
2. Monitors contractors, subcontractors and vendors to ensure that the applications of customer and industry standards and requirement for the statement of work and properly implemented
3. Designs, develops and establishes configuration management documentation based on program requirements
4. Participates in design reviews, audits, scheduling, budgeting and related activities
5. Identifies requirements and coordinates development and implementation of computer-based configuration systems and electronic data support
6. Performs other related duties and assignments as directed
7. May provide work direction to subordinate work unit personnel

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a related field or a combination of formal training and equivalent experience. Must possess 3 years of directly related CM experience. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in computer operations, word processing and integrated software application, including electronic data management systems (EDMS). Must possess a valid, state issued driver’s license.

Highly qualified applicants may be considered without clearance, however all applicants MUST BE ABLE TO BOTH OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN CLEARANCE in accordance with U.S. government criteria.
