As part of our rapid growth in Brazil , we are currently recruiting, for a full-time permanent contract, a Sales Lead Generation Specialist, to be based in our office in Curitiba.
Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, this Sales Lead Generation Specialist position is dedicated to hunting and developing leads and opportunities for our team of Global Account Managers. Your responsibilities include:
Qualify and develop leads coming from Marketing activities, understand their challenges and assign an Account Manager to take the account;
Qualify new leads proactively, using web research or any source from your preference;
Support the Global Account Managers team on their preparation for meeting with new prospects, giving them all the relevant information from your initial approach and shaping the right messages;
Support the Marketing department on the relationship with the market, being responsible to share the events calendar and new contents on a one-to-one approach among CrossKnowledge target;
Guarantee that the CRM system is up-to-date with all the relevant information on the leads and accounts of CrossKnowledge clients and prospects.
You understand how a company works, and are ideally familiar with the field of Human Resources/Learning and Development,
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese & English, and can present ideas and information in a professional context. Any other language is a plus.
As a great listener, you easily build relationships based on trust, internally and externally,
You know how to work independently. You appreciate challenges,
You have an analytical mind that allows you to address complex problems,
You master Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as CRM tools,
Marketo marketing automation platform knowledge is a plus,
You are comfortable with professional social networks (LinkedIn and Twitter)
