This Product Analyst will support go-to-market activities for three Product Lines with the goal of raising awareness and adoption of new features and functionality amongst our client base. This analyst will learn the ins and outs of three TravelClick Product lines, working with an experienced team and leadership. This role offers unique exposure to the leadership of Operations, Product Development, Technology, Sales and Marketing departments. It is an ideal entry point to Product Management and Product Marketing for a candidate who is looking to work in a fast-paced technology environment.
Create new tools and initiatives to drive awareness and adoption of new features & functionality amongst our current client base with the aim of making our platform stickier and increasing client retention
Maintain knowledge of new releases and acquire feedback from clients on progress and product acceptance
Create client-facing presentations, case studies and other artifacts that demonstrate the value of our solutions and product enhancements
Help organize various summits throughout the year for industry influencers, top clients and prospects meant to drive new leads to our sales teams
Work with our team of designers to create prototypes that highlight our integrated solutions for marquee client pitches
Draft client communications and support our Product Managers in leading training webinars to increase adoption of new features
Partner with our Connectivity Team to build and lead through the execution of go-to-market plans for all product launches surrounding new connections and partnerships
Assist with running and collecting feedback on beta tests for new features to ensure maximum usability for our customer base
For all efforts, establish success metrics and maintain tracking and analysis on project outcomes
Bachelor’s Degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written communication skills
Must be able to analyze and synthesize information to make decisions and to develop actionable strategic plans
Strong relationship skills
A proven project manager with experience in a rigorous, results-driven environment.
Self-starter, takes full ownership and accountability over responsibilities
