Job Description

Western Peterbilt is hiring for a Shop Foreman. The Shop Foreman is responsible for day to day operation of his or her department as dictated by industry standards and company procedures and policies. The goal is to provide superior customer service.

Minimum Job Qualifications
18 years of age
One year heavy duty truck experience or 2 year diesel training
Minimum tool requirements for job responsibilities

Desired Job Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver’s License and a qualified MVR abstract
High school graduate, GED, or one year of work experience
Ability to understand and write detailed work orders, and demonstrate the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and/or employees of the organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
35 wpm typing skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong organization and communication skills
Dependable team player with a positive attitude
