Nor-Cal Beverage Co., Inc. is seeking two Sanitation Specialists for the night shift at our Production facility in West Sacramento, California.
Hourly Rate Range: $15.23 - $20.33 DOE
Medical benefits eligible first of the month following 28 days of employment.
Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.
Operate and clean pallet wrappers.
Clean Casepacker, Riverwood (Can line), Palletizer and Depalletizer daily.
Clean Shrink Wrapper and Hi-Cone (Can line) according to specific work instructions.
Adhere to Packaging Cleaning Schedule.
Maintains a clean work area.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management.
All other duties as assigned.

Clean and operate Fuji and SACMI Labelers.
Clean Can Filler area.
Clean Bottle Filler area.
Clean Can Line Air Rinser.
Clean External Filtec.
Operate Walk & Push Floor Scrubber.
Clean in Place (CIP) Can Line 4 Cooler.
Clean in Place (CIP) Bottle Cooler and Can Cooler/Warmer.
Operate and Clean in Place (CIP) High Temperature, Short Time (HTST) Solbern Filler.
Operate and Clean in Place (CIP) High Temperature, Short Time (HTST) Bottle Filler.
Clean Bottle Filler and Cappers
Clean Can Fillers and Seamers.
Operate Crown Can Filler.
Startup of Starblend.
Clean in Place (CIP) Crown Filler, Starblend, Cold Fill.
Sanitation Collection of Final Rinse Water Weekly Samples.
ATP Sanitation Monitoring.
Weekly or Post Emergency Start Up of Plant.
Operate and start up Bottle Filler.
Bottle Rinser start up.
Operate and start up Crown Can Filler.
Operate and start up Solbern Filler.
Waste Water System.
Shown leadership to direct Sanitation crew with day to day activities during absence of Sanitation Specialist Lead

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.)
Must be computer literate and proficient in math.
