This is a non- client facing role to which Digital Media Analysts partner closely with our Digital Media Strategists to manage TravelClick’s book of accounts.  This includes but is not limited to reporting, digital media optimizations, budget pacing and overall day-to-day campaign management. Digital Media Analysts will gain significant experience in, and exposure to, client facing interaction led by the Strategist.  This role requires a data driven, curious mind that enjoys diving into numbers to drive campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting
    • Deliver completed and accurate reports to the Strategist
    • Troubleshoot data issues
  • Support Digital Media Strategist on client activities
    • Leverage business intelligence data to assist in driving client success
    • Manage the pacing of the monthly budgets across client portfolio
    • Listen in on client calls where applicable
    • Assist with campaign optimizations and ad copy updates
    • Responsible for building out client contracts within our platforms
    • Become a system expert with all tools we use (internal and external)
  • Campaign Auditing
    • Ensure campaigns are running properly: accurate implementation and renewals
    • Fulfillment: Ensure campaigns are running on pace and within the contractual obligations
    • ROAS/Performance goals: Ensure that campaigns are being monitored and performance issues are being identified for optimization analysis.

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 1+ years of experience in Paid Search/Paid Social/Paid Display

Additional Characteristics       

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Paid Search- hands on experience managing Paid Search Campaigns (ie: Google Ads)
  • Paid Social (Facebook, Linkedin) preferred but not required
  • Paid Display (Google Display & Video 360) preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of bid management tools preferred but not required
  • Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results-oriented business environment.
  • Thrives in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Proactive and curious when it comes to data and problem solving
