About the role
Our Client Success team is looking for a Client Success Team Manager based in our Cologne offices.
The Client Success Team Manager is responsible for leading a high performing team: you will manage a Project Managers' team dedicated to the DACH market. You will as well successfully manage a client portfolio: with your team, you ensure the proper conduct of the entire project, while respecting costs, deadlines and quality.
You are in charge of ensuring a high level of satisfaction to our customers for the conception and the deployment of their digital learning projects, and responsible for the continuous improvement of the quality of the solutions deployed.
The Client Success Team Manager is responsible for recruiting and integrating Project Managers, their management and training.
You guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction at every stage of the deployment (design - build - run) by ensuring the optimization of the company's resources and by seeking a unique and always improved customer experience.
Key accounts, multi-sectors (luxury, retail, banking, insurance, energy, industry) and diverse internal stakeholders.

What you will need
A proven track record managing a team of Deployment Project Managers.
You will have knowledge, passion and proven experience around transformation projects in the service of skills development and Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of the digital world is a plus.
As a true people manager, you are passionate about teamwork. You will have a strong leadership presence, conviction & commitment.
You know how to give share vision, to advise and challenge your customers and your teams, in order to design the most suitable solutions for the major transformations of your customers.
You show rigor, intellectual agility, openness & resistance to pressure.
A standard level of English is required.
