The Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of our full-cycle recruitment process and provide related administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. They will be responsible for posting positions, managing our hiring pipeline, and scheduling interviews.


As the Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll have the unique opportunity to influence and shape our recruiting and onboarding process and bring your own personality to the role as you provide support to coordinate, execute, and facilitate the company-wide new team member orientation process, year-long onboarding program and ongoing career development initiatives by providing new team members with information about CNSI’s mission and values, corporate structure and culture, comprehensive benefits and wellness programs, time and expense reporting procedures, mandatory training requirements.  




New team member orientation

  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to understand the requirements of the role, the team, and how the role fits into the organization.
  • Manage scheduling for interviews and communicate all interview logistics with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and candidates to schedule interviews, by phone, skype, and in-person.
  • Use your personality to ensure each candidate has a unique and enjoyable interview experience
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to schedule orientation, receive background and security check information.
  • Assist with offer generations, reference checks, etc.
  • Process new hire/rehire paperwork and ensure compliance.
  • Manage post-offer screenings (background checks, etc.).
  • Develop efficient procedures that would result in smooth new hire, rehire, and transfer processes.
  • Coordinate with Facilities, IT, Security, for badging, equipment, and seating for new hires and contractors.
  • Coordinate the preparation of the New Team Member Welcome Kits.
  • Manage and update New Team Member and Facilitator Checklists, Orientation Slides and Materials.
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct New Team Member orientations sessions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Maintain constant communication with new hires throughout the year-long onboarding process in accordance with the engagement schedule.
  • Assist in the development of onboarding policies, and standard procedures.
  • Assist in the development of an onboarding tracking system that monitors Day-One through Year-One actions and activities.
  • Assist in the coordination of brown-bag and communication sessions with employees.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field - highly preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or a similar relevant role within a corporate environment required.
  • Experience performing training facilitation (desired).
  • Experience with workforce or career development programs.
  • Working knowledge of employee benefit programs.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal service skills.
  • Experience working with a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) required.
  • Must be customer-oriented.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
