Job Description

Western Peterbilt is hiring for a Director of Parts. The Director of Parts reports to the President and CEO and utilizes their knowledge and negotiation skills to define and implement the company’s strategic plans and objectives, and ensures management controls and best practices are shared across all operations. This requires effective and ongoing communications with the senior management team.

Minimum Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree with an emphasis on business or transportation; or equivalent work experience
10 years of experience in the Class 8 truck/transportation industry

Desired Job Qualifications
MBA
Proven experience in customer service
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong organization and communication skills
Strong leadership and managerial skills
