Human Resources Department HR Generalist (HR Business Partner) Support Services – Princeton Office- E09 DESCRIPTION – This position is responsible for maintaining documentation related to human resources including recruitment, orientation, employee relations, and SOP’s. This position will also prepare and distribute reports for the department utilizing the HRIS system and other company generated information.
• Performing recruiting activities for the company. • Conduct employee investigations. • Maintain and revise Human Resource SOP’s as needed to be in compliance with laws. • Assist HR Team with various special projects as required including research and implementation. • Monitor compliance with all State and Federal Laws including, but not limited to EEOC and Affirmative Action. • Maintain or distribute information on behalf of the department or company as needed. • Back up for conducting weekly New Hire Orientations; assist at New Hire Orientation weekly and as needed. • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implanting solutions; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
