The HR Manager, Compensation and HR Analytics will be both a hands-on and strategic role that has overall responsibility for Compensation Management, Bonus Programs, Rewards & Recognition Programs, and HR Analytics.
The HR Manager plans, develops and implements innovative compensation programs, policies and procedures in support of achieving company's goals, along with attracting and retaining industry-leading talent. This position is also responsible for ensuring thorough audits, legal reports and personal interactions that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Will also be responsible for HR metrics & analysis and developing global dashboards in conjunction with U.S. and India HR teams.
Contributes to the development of a company-wide Total Rewards Strategy and Compensation Philosophy, effectively balancing the need for both internal equity and external competitiveness
Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures, proactively identifying plan design improvements that are cost-effective, motivate the right behaviors, align with CNSI philosophies and culture, and are market competitive
Provides advice on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation, including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs
Manages the administration of annual programs (merit cycles) and ad-hoc compensation actions
Manages Annual Management Incentive Compensation Plan for eligible employee population
Develops and manages the Business Development Incentive Compensation Plan for eligible employee population
Participation in, conducts and/or purchases exempt and nonexempt salary surveys to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved
Performs market pricing data on benchmark jobs to develop a salary structure
Keeps apprised of federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure company compliance
Makes recommendations on any compensation planning system requirements and configuration changes that will enhance the overall user experience during the annual merit and incentive cycles
Works with the HRIS team to ensure changes are tested and working as needed
Supports the development and execution of a comprehensive communication strategy around the full CNSI employment value proposition
Provides consultation to HR and business clients on compensation processes, policies, and systems
Conducts ad hoc analysis, research, and trouble-shooting
Develops presentations to influence the Leadership Team and other key stakeholders regarding changes and investments in Compensation
Develops educational materials and communications designed to provide employees, managers, and HR partners with timely and accurate information regarding compensation systems and processes
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
Preferred Major: Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a closely related field
10+ years of overall HR experience including a minimum of 5+ years in Compensation
Experience building compensation models and conducting pay analysis
Knowledge of human resources and compensation including relevant Federal, State, Local laws/regulations relating to Compensation
Experience with HR Technology Systems and Tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite with advanced skills in building management presentations and utilizing Excel
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
MBA or advanced degree
Project Management skills or PMP Certification
Change Management experience

Possesses broad knowledge covering multiple Human Resources functions
Will require some travel, 10-15%.
