The Co-Op position will enable you to:
  • Have access to information, product knowledge, and tools, including data analytics, learning about areas of internal controls, business compliance, and risk management.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of financial, operational, SOX 404 or IT audits.
  • Execute audit programs and work papers (including walk throughs and sample testing) in line with the established quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications

Education:
  • Currently enrolled in a BA/BS or MA/MS program in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Analytics as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
Required Experience:
  • Dedication to teamwork and leadership
  • Passion and commitment to learning
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to self – motivate and take responsibility for personal growth and development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with the client and business process owners as well as MCAAS colleagues
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise judgment in the execution and application of assessing risks
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi – task
  • Integrity within a professional work environment 
Preferred:
  • Previous internship or work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Analytics
  • GPA of 3.3 or above
