Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with marketing and finance to review demand forecasts, historical sales trends and understand demand drivers. 
  • Review and analyze demand forecasts provided by Alliance and Authorized Generic partners (where applicable).
  • Monitor supply plans through exception management to exceed customer service levels while maintaining inventory targets and adhering to planning parameters. . 
  • Manage resolution and communication of demand/supply imbalances through close collaboration with manufacturing, quality, distribution, logistics, marketing and finance. 
  • Maintain demand and supply planning systems with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Participate in Market /Brand S&OP. 
  • Ensure continuous improvement and drives changes in order to support an evolving corporation and initiates change in regards to assigned products 

Job Tasks:
  • Order fulfillment 0-12 weeks horizon
  • Manage exceptions/escalations via Rapid Response (RR) and SCEM (Supply Chain Escalation Management tool)
  • Communicate with Demand Planning (DP) regarding regional Finished Goods allocations 
  • Manage post release activities to ensure product arrives to last internal customer / direct to customer on time and in full (OTIF)
  • Expedite deliveries as necessary to meet customer demand
  • Manage Fullfillment Tier 2, Site Tier 2, Regional Tier 4
  • Accountable for Finished Goods Inventory of Questionable Value (IQV) Process
  • Drive Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Markets
  • Monitor Inventory Replenishment Levels (IRL) for Finished Goods
  • Manage Artwork, Last Authorized Shipping Date (LASD), Expiry to minimize discards


Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Must have completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following: Business, Supply Chain / Logistics, Bio engineering, Engineering /  Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or any related Business or Engineering field by May 2019.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Capability to work well in a cross-cultural and cross-functional business setting

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • APICS Certification 
  • Manufacturing / Operations experience
  • Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • Experience with SAP ECC
