In Marketing, you'll be the ones who first capture our consumers' imaginations, giving them a tantalizing taste of our brands. You'll work to help our brands stay relevant to consumers by developing and activating brand plans that capture their imagination, passion and loyalty.
Associate Director, Equity Candy (Sour Patch Kids & Swedish Fish) will OWN and LEAD category strategy development identifying growth opportunities and resources required to realize them. The scope will also include developing and executing brands' strategies across equity, portfolio, quality, price as well as all aspects of communication and activation plans. This will require managing cross functional community and working across agencies to deliver band growth.
Own the comprehensive, multi-year strategic growth plan for Candy, including identifying demand spaces where to play Own brand strategy: brand equity, portfolio architecture, brand foundations Lead building the annual business plan to deliver P&L targets (e.g. building block, risks & opportunities, etc.) Lead the development and execution of the integrated communication and media plans, maximizing Media ROI, working with internal and external media partners Manage product quality and pricing strategies to ensure we are delivering customer and consumer value in line with category trends. Cooperate with sales planning, customer teams and shopper marketing to ensure growth across channels Manage Candy A&C budget in line with the target Partner with integrated supply chain, research & development, quality, etc. to ensure flawless execution of the plans Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree preferred Minimum of 8 years work experience or equivalent; brand marketing experience required Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity & fast paced environment Analytic and creative thinking skills Strong business acumen and marketing capabilities Strong leadership / communication / collaboration skills Demonstrated track record of sales/marketing/commercialization execution
