Job Description

The responsibilities of the position are; use of web-based applications, spreadsheets and other sources to collect, consolidate and enter data into a proprietary online application; conduct telephone surveys with property owners and business professionals; and communicating with our business partners.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Multi-task and detail oriented
  • Exceptional patience and listening skills
  • Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently or within a group setting

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Compile online or other research to collect property information
  • Ability to navigate online to specific locations using Google Earth, Maps and other sources
  • Make outbound calls to complete surveys, compile account information and for follow up on mailers or other responses from partners
  • Communicate with customers and Management team verbally and with written correspondence
  • Make recommendations for improvement of service to client base
  • Project a professional image in all settings
  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned
