The responsibilities of the position are; use of web-based applications, spreadsheets and other sources to collect, consolidate and enter data into a proprietary online application; conduct telephone surveys with property owners and business professionals; and communicating with our business partners.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Multi-task and detail oriented
Exceptional patience and listening skills
Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently or within a group setting

Compile online or other research to collect property information
Ability to navigate online to specific locations using Google Earth, Maps and other sources
Make outbound calls to complete surveys, compile account information and for follow up on mailers or other responses from partners
Communicate with customers and Management team verbally and with written correspondence
Make recommendations for improvement of service to client base
Project a professional image in all settings
Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned
