Job Description:

A member of the Programs Team responsible for identifying and developing new Program relationships in the Northeast Region through direct calling and networking efforts. Proactively and independently research and contact new prospects to successfully solicit new program opportunities. Typically, these prospects are BOA corporate clients or prospects that operate in a captive sales model (typically franchise, dealership, or agency model) where there is an opportunity to deliver lending to owners within this model. Designs and implements a program strategy to include the product construct, sales delivery model, and communication/ marketing plan. Works closely with the Regional Business Development Officers and Program Relationship Managers to ensure a successful program launch. In addition, partners with product, credit, marketing and operations to ensure integration of the programs.
Could be responsible for indirect training and developing associates. Travel is expected to meet with large corporate companies, attend industry conventions, and visit with commercial bankers.

Required Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills
5+ years direct sales and relationship management experience.
5+ years experience working on initiatives and project/process improvements and projects with limited management oversight
5+ years experience working with small or large businesses
Able to navigate, influence, and work across large, complex organization structures, build effective processes and programs; can manage through virtual teams to achieve results.

•Intermediate credit analysis skills
