The Business Strategy & Initiative Specialist leads diverse administrative functions within Enterprise, LOB or ECF Compliance function. May consult with senior management to define and lead projects that encompass and impact many employees. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area. Assists with execution of key strategic initiatives. Participates in business/strategic planning process within Enterprise, LOB or ECF Compliance function. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures.
The Business Strategy & Initiatives Specialist will report directly to the Policy Management, Governance and Training & Communications Lead and will work across the EIT teams to help develop, administer, manage and document a centralized EIT documentation management process. The BS&I specialist will partner with document and record owners across EIT to implement new centralized process and propose document management solutions to meet document storage needs. The ideal candidate must have a basic understanding of various document management systems (e.g. SharePoint, Documentum, Discovery, etc.), good project management skills, track record in process development and implementation, effective communication and interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures.
Additional responsibilities will include: • Partnering with EIT record and documentation owners• Understanding complex business processes• Focusing on clear, concise information balancing detail with simplicity• Coordinating with appropriate partners and stakeholders• Acting as the point of contact across EIT for documentation management• Supporting implementation of new SharePoint Environment

Required Skills: • Understanding end-to-end testing processes• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• 2-3+ years' experience in document management administration• Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and manage to aggressive deadlines• Ability to multi-task, managing various tasks and deliverables with simultaneous deadlines• Proven ability to build effective relationships • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into business solutions• Flexibility and quick adaptation to changing priorities, methodologies, processes and systems• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Ability to build Dynamic Forms for SharePoint (DFFS) and maintain custom Workflows• Solid understanding of collaboration tools and best business practice for each (Discovery, Network Share, SharePoint)• Proficiency in SharePoint and Documentum

Desired Skills: • Experience in developing SharePoint, Documentum and Discovery sites• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS• Experience with InfoPath• Experience with Site Collection Administration• Knowledge of Compliance tools (i.e. RIT, OCP, ORCIT, etc.)• Knowledge of Global Procedure Portal and Global Policy Source
