Must have general knowledge of hand tools and power equipment; advanced skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and heating equipment; and be able to read blueprints. On call rotation is required. High school diploma or GED, and one or more years of related work experience. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and have a valid Maine Driver’s license.
