Job Description The Resident Director (RD) of an associate office performs a dual role, serving as both a Financial Advisor and Leader/Manager. An associate office covers a single market and must have 10 or more Financial Advisors or 4.5 million in revenue. The role as leader/manager is quite involved and can include an array of responsibilities to be determined between the RD and their Complex Director (CD). Levels of involvement typically vary across associates given critical factors such as office size, distance to parent office, complex strategy, etc.
