What responsibilities will you have?

To support our development, our Product team is looking for a Learning Design Expert to join our offices in London.

Working closely with our Client Success team, you support the design of learning experiences and journeys for our clients.

Your main responsibilities are:r
  • You build the learning framing of the project: you help the client to identify his need and propose efficient learning experiences
  • You accompany the client in building the right learning path, the right learner's community, MOOCs…
  • You lead workshops on learning design topics in the framework of specific client / project
  • You support our Sales and Client Success teams for strategic client events (RFP, renewal…)
  • You manage projects in terms of quality, cost, deadlines, KPI and transversal coordination
  • You recommend relevant partners / tools / methodology to support the learning offer
  • And you also benchmark best practices inside and outside CrossKnowledge to gather information on any innovative learning solution
What you'll need to succeed?

We are looking for:
  • A learning expert passionate about how people learn in a digital workplace and willing to engage the learners in using all of the possible resources.
  • A story teller, full of creativity and able to juggle both communication and marketing tools.
Our required skills are:
  • At least 5 years' experience in learning design
  • Able to design a blended / digital learning program
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent project management skills, like time management, priority management and organisational skills
  • Able to adapt well to changes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and independently with people at all level
