What You’ll Do:
Oversees the market office and team
Drive P&L performance
Develops/proposes market goals
Cultivates Offerpad vision and culture
Work with Regional Director and Chief Investment Officer to ensures all KPI targets are met
Coordinates Home Builder Alliance, Instant Access and other ancillary business at the market level
Serves as POC for other HQ business functions (i.e., Marketing/PR, People Operations, IT, Finance, etc.)
Day in The Life:
You are the driving force for Offerpad succeeding in your market: Focusing on finding inefficiencies and reducing timelines. represent your market to our HQ in Gilbert, AZ and other offices.
Develop the growth strategy in your market; partner with HQ to set goals and with operation team to execute across channels.
Collaborate and partner with HQ Departmental Leadership to ensure objectives are met
Own our performance metrics in your selected market: you’ll monitor key metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and dig into root causes to understand and address emerging trends.
Hire and manage a local operations team. You’ll help set team goals, monitor team productivity, manage them to goals, and drive workplace and cultural norms that align with our company values.
Be the external face of Offerpad in your market: you’ll represent Offerpad to local press and important industry partners and vendors.
Facilitate communications between your market and HQ: you’ll update the company on performance in your market, and make sure your team is up to speed on everything we’re working on nationally.
Oversee all aspects of the day to day operations of the office
Manage the department heads of the Acquisition, Renovation and Asset Management departments
What You Have:
At least 5+ years of experience in real estate, operations, marketing or general management, and at least 2 years of experience running a business or business unit
Experience leading a cross-functional team, including working closely with operators
