Criterion Systems’ rapid growth has created the need for an Executive Assistant located in Washington, DC.
Maintain an activities and deliverables list for the OCIO.
Maintain a calendar of activities and events within the OCIO.
Coordinate the review of Executive Secretariat, OMB, Congressional Affairs, and other external requests.
Prepare memorandums/letters for signature by the OCIO Senior Management.
Coordinate and Facilitate the NNSA OCIO Staff Meeting, and other leadership meetings.
Prepare read-ahead materials for the OCIO senior staff for upcoming meetings and events.
Provide administrative support to the OCIO Senior management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
DOE/NNSA “Q” Clearance or greater, or a Department of Defense (DOD) Top Secret Facility Clearance, with the capability to obtain a DOE/NNSA “Q” Clearance through reciprocity
