LRP Publications, a division of LRP Media Group, is in search of a bright Document Formatting Assistant with strong attention to detail to join our Production team in our Palm Beach Gardens, Fl., corporate headquarters.
All applicants must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Word to qualify. The Document Formatting Assistant will learn our legal database and be taught our in-house guidelines to be successful in the role.
Ensure that formatting specifications are consistently followed within each document
Utilize and navigate through our proprietary database software.
Follow and enter necessary typesetting codes for formatting purposes.
High School diploma or GED required
Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working individually within a deadline-driven environment
Ability to quickly learn our propriety software programs
Must type a minimum of 30 WPM
Prior experience working in an office environment
