Assistant Store Manager- Assist the Store Manager in all retail operations (reporting, P&L, scheduling, payroll, interviewing/hiring and training of new hires, development of current staff). Provide customer service. Achieve and beat personal and store sales goals, and assisting with inventory and general housekeeping of the store. Ideal candidates will have prior retail/product sales experience and it would be highly desirable for the candidate to have knowledge or experience with motorcycles/dirt bikes/ATVs.
