What is retail merchandising construction?
Companies who sell their products in retail stores require merchandising displays. Plan-o-grams are utilized for design, assembly and layout of shelving, materials, and signage. It is important that these fixtures are constructed and placed properly in the retail store to effectively promote products.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a reliable individual who will cover a territory of retail locations to ensure our clients' store fixtures are constructed and properly placed. This position requires someone with flexible availability. Build out requests are based on client and retail store needs. Weekly schedules are provided every Thursday in advance of the following work week. Occasional overnight and adjacent state travel is required.

Site Supervisor Training Program for Veterans
We accept military experience to qualify for entry into our Site Supervisor training program in-lieu of people management experience in construction or a retail services environment. We acknowledge that the specific skills around employee supervision, task execution, and project management are skills that veterans have acquired while serving and training with the military.
Pay rate is $13.50 per hour for new Site Reps. We offer mileage reimbursement, per Diem and paid hotel for travel.

NO Security Clearance
Safely move and re position beams and shelving in store bays; relocate or adjust position of stock currently on display; relabel shelves with new pricing labels; place products, information, signage, stickers or other required materials in strict accordance with Plan-O-Grams, photos or other written or verbal instructions.
Ideal candidates will have at least three months to a year experience in retail resets, home improvement, and/or light construction.
Must be able to perform repetitive bending, standing and walking, and be able to pull, push and lift materials up to 75 pounds.
Be available for day and/or night shifts as well as occasional weekends.
Be available to travel within your physical state and local states.
Maintain a consistent work record, including reporting to shift on-time, work within strict safety guidelines and adhere to company's rules and policies.
Have reliable transportation that you do not share
Must have current and valid driver's license and up-to-date auto insurance.
Must be willing to consent to taking and passing a drug and background screening.
Must be willing to share a hotel room with a same gender member of your crew while traveling
Must have access to basic tools such as a cordless drill, mallet, hammer, measuring tape, screw driver, etc.
