Responsibilities
Produce documentation of all finance contracts in accordance with the deal approval stipulations.
Review signed contracts for completeness
Ensure that all post-signing credit stipulations are met by comparing the final document package with the deal approval.
Follow up with sales team for any missing documentation, signatures and stipulations.
Work with customers and Insurance Providers to obtain acceptable Insurance Coverage.
Produce Finance Contracts for existing customers that need to be rewritten for various reasons.
General Finance division administrative assistance that includes but not limited to, quoting loan payoffs, deducting ACH payment from customer’s bank accounts and updating accounts in our operating system.
General Customer Service, including answering customer questions in regards to their account, as well as taking payments by phone.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field and One year office administration experience, or three years of similar work experience.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to work in a team environment
Desired Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Auto or Truck Dealership experience.
