Full-Time Customer Service Defense Government Information Technology (IT)

Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Unclassified and Classified NMCI support
Ordering NMCI seats
Creation and tracking of Move/Add/Change Requests
Process telecom requests 
Process NMC requests
Follow-up on customer issues, escalate as required
Other duties as assiged

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree from an accredited institution
1 year of relevant professional experience may substitute the degree requirement
3 years of NMCI/NGEN related or similar experience
1 years of experience in Operations installation and support (Customer service or help-desk related) 
DOD 8570.01 Compliance (CompTIA Security+)
