We are a Prime contractor under the USAMS III contract vehicle for this effort.

We are currently seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) II to support the USCYBERCOM/J65 Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Place of Performance: Fort Meade, Maryland

Period of Performance (contingent upon award):

1 Nov 2017 with options through 31 October 2021

The Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) II will provide Cybersecurity and Risk Management through:
• Information System Security Engineering. Participate in the development, implementation and review of security controls for the systems under their purview. Coordinate with system security staff to resolve security issues through system lifecycle. Provide guidance and support to self-testing, security control assessment, preparation of Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) and development of continuous monitoring plans.

Job Requirements:

Mandatory requirements for the Security Control Assessor (SCA) II to accomplish all tasks
• Currently have a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) (currently have SCI or have had it within 24 months)
• Possess the ability to obtain a favorable Counter Intelligence (CI) polygraph examination within 60 days of award
• Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience with cybersecurity or information assurance and minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Must have a certification recognized by DoD 8570.01-M IASAE Level II
