Overview The Program Analyst will support a government contract to produce strategic and tactical intelligence in support of global operations by analyzing existing and emerging technology, as well as adversary capabilities, to enhance the government’s understanding of, and ability to, mitigate technical threats. Mission is cross-programmatic, assisting the division as well as all field offices with their technical intelligence related matters. To significantly expand the scope of its mission to fill the void in knowledge of trends in adversary technical activities and capabilities, utilizing data derived from divisional operational sections; to provide analytical support and supplement existing strategic reporting obligations.
Conduct tactical and/or strategic analysis and correlate data affiliated with technical threats and technical activities.
Possess demonstrated knowledge and experience applying analytical methodologies and principles to address client needs.
Skilled in data management and knowledgeable of principles of data management systems
Possess research and analytical skills which require the examination of issues or data sets; conduct in-depth research and have the ability to make sound judgments for trend analysis and forecasting.
Ability to thoroughly manipulate and exploit each data system utilized, to include knowledge of software to query information, analyze and report findings.
Extract data to produce reports and strategic and/or tactical products for dissemination to external and internal customers and present the information in graph, table’s charts, summary reports and/or strategic/tactical product formats.
Experience in identifying and developing metrics to support evaluations of large volumes of data.
Prepare and present oral briefings and/or reports on the conclusion and recommendations drawn from data/information
Experience with government data Systems/repositories preferred
Active Top Secret Clearance
Expertise in mathematics and/or statistics and/or data analytics
Proficiency with various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases statistical packages, and/or graphic packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or report.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint software
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to comprise writing, editing, briefing and have the ability to prioritize effectively, problem-solve and to work several tasks concurrently
